Each class includes a new meditation technique that you can practice for 10 to 15 minutes, daily. We'll start on time and learn / practice a new technique.
It is my pleasure to share my 30 years of practicing meditation (including teaching) and how it's helped me to find fun, joy and lightness in life, and, when I lost my bliss, helped me recover and re-energize.
